Role:  Production Print Service Technican

Location: Field based South East London/Hampshire

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 Plus 10% Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Production Print Technical Specialist to join our team, delivering exceptional service and support to our customers while maintaining field efficiencies and driving profitability for Konica Minolta. This role covers a dynamic and challenging environment within the Industrial Print sector, requiring technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence.

As a trusted representative of Konica Minolta, you'll respond to call-outs with professionalism and efficiency, diagnose and resolve technical faults, and implement all necessary technical modifications. This may involve work outside standard office hours, national travel, and occasional overnight stays to meet customer needs. In addition, you will act as a key communication channel between customers, the Service Team, and other areas of the business to ensure a seamless service experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest level of service to our Industrial Print customers by resolving technical issues promptly and accurately, minimizing machine downtime.
  • Deliver technical advice and training to customers, helping them maximize the full capabilities of their installed devices.
  • Perform all repairs and maintenance in a safe manner, adhering to manufacturer recommendations and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all reporting and paperwork requirements.
  • Effectively utilize technology tools, such as laptops, to access technical documentation, continuously improving service delivery.
  • Maintain clear communication regarding on-site parts and consumables, advising customers to ensure readiness and minimize operational disruptions.
