Role: VSS Technical Sales Lead
Location: Location independent We offer Choice based working that gives you the opportunity to work from a UK location of your choice, we also offer various Konica Minolta office and Regus office spaces across the UK. You may be required to travel to a customer at the needs of the business.
Package: £62,500 - £75,342 plus commission

We have an exciting opportunity for a VSS Technical Sales Lead !
This role is a key part of our journey to transform the way we deliver intelligent video solutions, both directly and through our valued partner network.
You'll lead a specialist team focused on customer value-led technical sales, driving strategy, execution, and innovation within the UK VSS business. From pipeline growth to implementation methodology and sales handover, you'll be central to ensuring we deliver a seamless customer experience with intelligent, scalable solutions.
What you'll be doing:

Owning and executing the UK VSS Technical Sales Strategy in partnership with key stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and global teams

Leading and developing a high-performing VSS Technical Sales team, with clear KPIs and regular performance reviews

Driving innovation and thought leadership, helping position BGB as a key player in intelligent video and AI solutions

Managing a healthy VSS sales pipeline, including lead conversion, revenue forecasting, and opportunity tracking

Working with Marketing to launch targeted lead-generation campaigns, measuring success and refining approaches

Leading customer sales engagement, translating complex technical needs into clear proposals and actionable outcomes

Creating and co-owning the deployment and handover methodology, ensuring a seamless customer journey from sales through to implementation and BAU

Supporting the integration of third-party providers and internal teams to scale delivery capabilities

3+ years in technical sales or consulting, ideally in intelligent video, security, or analytics

Strong ability to translate technical complexity into clear, customer-focused solutions

Solid knowledge of camera technologies, AI, cloud infrastructure, and network solutions

Experience engaging with both technical and C-level stakeholders

A proactive and collaborative mindset, able to work across functions and geographies

Confidence in managing teams, pipelines, and delivering strategic outcomes
